Sommer is a Procurement industry leader with 20+ years experience across multiple industries including Foxtel, PwC, Sydney University, HP and Amex.  In more recent years Sommer has expanded her leadership across operational teams including Property, Facilities and Business Service functions. She sits on the ACT Government Procurement Board and is MCIPS certified.

Sommer has a passion for developing high performance teams and supporting her people in both their long-term development and in achieving their day-to-day successes. She works in complex stakeholder environments to manage broad and often competing needs bringing beneficial outcomes to the customer.
